What is MedVenture? 
MedVenture is a social and community mobile app that is used for connecting and uniting traveling healthcare professionals with one another through proximal location, common interests, meetups, events, and hospital/facility experiences.

Our mission/ goal is to unite all traveling healthcare providers through community and connection.
Who can/should download MedVenture?
We encourage all healthcare professionals that are thinking about traveling or currently traveling to download and join our community. 
Do I have to pay for MedVenture?  
MedVenture is a completely free mobile app that anyone can download and use. There are no up-charges or service fees to be part of our community. 
Why MedVenture?
MedVenture was created by two traveling nurses and is designed specifically for the traveling healthcare community. We know what travelers want/crave in a community so we tailored the app to directly reflect that.
How can I advertise my company on MedVenture?
Please email our team at hello@medventurefortravelers.com for our advertising package. 
How do I connect with other travelers?
Our traveler-specific algorithm will connect you with your most compatible travelers first through the “Meet People” tab based on the likes and interests you filled out in your preferences. 
What is a sponsored event?
A sponsored event is a meetup that is organized by a third party not associated with MedVenture. These sponsors include but are not limited to agencies, companies, and local business. 
How do I download MedVenture?
MedVenture is now available for both IOS and Android through the App Store and Google Play.
Is MedVenture just for Nurses?
Absolutely NOT, we want to create a community that includes ALL traveling healthcare professionals. MedVenture currently has users that are physical therapists, occupational therapists, respiratory therapists, physicians, speech language pathologists, surgical techs, and many more! 
What if someone is bullying or harassing me?
We strive to maintain MedVenture as a safe, positive and enjoyable platform to make connections and be supported. If you ever encounter a user who you feel has violated our Terms and Conditions, please let us know ASAP via the report button so that we can take action.
To report a user from the “Messages” menu, please follow these steps:
From your conversation, tap on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner. From here, tap “Block or Report”  Be sure to specify the reason for the report and submit. You can share as much or as little as you as little information as you feel comfortable with, but the more information we have, the easier it is for us to support you and take action. 
Are there any rules or limitations?
You have to be over the age of 18 to create a profile and interact on our platform! MedVenture caters to the needs of traveling medical professionals or aspiring medical professionals so if you are either, sign up today! Please, check our  Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions for a full list of limitations. 
How do I log out?
We don’t want you to log out and miss out on meaningful connections, but if you must, follow the steps below.
--> Tap in the top right corner. 
--> Tap on “My Account”  Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap “Sign Out” 
--> A pop up will come on your screen, to agree to log out select “YES” 
How do I delete my account?
If there is any way we can keep as part of our community or enhance your experience please email us at hello@medventurefortravelers.com. If not, please follow the steps below.  
--> Tap in the top right corner. 
--> Tap on “My Account”  Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap “Delete Account”
